Typically, most walls need 100UC (H section) which our 80mm sleepers are designed to fit. If using Heavy duty sleepers you will need 150UC steel channels

Typical engineering nominates a 1 for 1 system. (e.g. 1m high wall must have 1m of steel in the ground, therefore the steel length needs be 2.0m)
